Welcome to the Bejerano Lab portal for disseminating experimental and computational annotation of the zebrafish genome.

We are working to comprehensively annotate the zebrafish genome for cis-regulatory function, to increase the utility of this vertebrate model organism in shedding new light on the contribution of cis-regulation to development, evolution and human disease.

We will be offering computational and experimental datasets through this portal and GREAT.stanford.edu, our popular cis-regulatory functional enrichment analysis tool.
